Please get in touch for overseas prices. If we receive an order from overseas, we will get in touch to quote postage costs. If you are happy, we will send a paypal request for payment, before sending your items.
Please let us know if you need a product by a certain date, and we'll do our best to get it to you in time.
Illustrations will be despached, using first class post for mounted drawings, or courier for framed drawings. During busy periods, such as in the lead up to Christmas, timescales may increase, but will always be shown on each page.

We hope you love your illustrations. If they arrive damaged in any way, please let us know within 7 days and we will do our best to remedy the situation.

I take the privacy of the information that you trust me with, in order for me too create your illustration/design work seriously.The GDPR ( General data protection regulations) have recently come into force, to ensure that the data you give to me, doesn't get into unscupulus hands.
These are the measures I take so ensure your data's security to the best of my abilities.
Please be reassured thatI will only use the information you give to me to :*Liase with you regarding the particulars of the illustration(s) you have commissioned me to do.
*Contact you during the period from placement of order to receipt of your finished drawing. *Ensure your illustration reaches you in good order, or reaches your nominated recipient.

When you email me, to order a drawing, I will book you into my next drawing slot. 
The diary I use is paper, and only has your first name and the first initial of your surname shown as the order entry.Any further information you send me by email such as your address, phone number, delivery address and any personalised information regarding the design/drawing, will only appear in our email stream. I don't keep any of your details elsewhere. I don't have a customer database.Once the proof of your drawing has been approved by you, payment will be made by you using either Bacs or Paypal. See the sections below on security for these servers.I always keep a copy of your illustration on a backup drive, in case you ever want another copy. In my database your file is named only by your first name and surname initial. More then one surname initial will be shown if two customers share the same name and first initial. I hold the copyright to use the illustrations for my marketing purposes, but your name will never be used in relation to your drawing for this purpose.
Once your drawing has been send out, within the next few days, our email trail will be be deleted from my email system. I will keep a log of the your order via your method of payment via either Paypal or BACS transfer for 7 years for tax record purposes, as expected by the Inland Revenue. See PAYPAL & BACS sections.
While your details are within my lucysheeran@hotmail.co.uk email system, they are protected as follows: My hotmail email account is password protected on all my devices. When you place an order via Notonthehighstreet.com, I access my order system via either my pc or smartphone. My NOTHS account is password protected. The passowrd is not written anywhere, and is different to the password on my other accounts.
Once I have accepted your order online, I then book you into my diary. The diary I use is paper, and only has your first name and the first initial of your surname shown as the order entry.I keep a paper copy of your order in my home office during the week in which your order is being created, until your order is completed and sent to you. No one but me and my family has access to my office. I work from home and our home has a security system installed. I keep all printed orders in a locked cupboard when I’m not using them for your order. The printed order is then sent to you with your finished order.

WEBSITEWhen you send me a message via my website, I receive it via email as a customer enquiry form to both my VIstaprint email system and Hotmail email system.I email you back via my hotmail account. I don’t keep any personal data on my pc. Archive copies of my artwork, design work and invoices required to be kept for tax are kept on an external hard drive. This is kept in a locked cupboard in my office.

When you pay via paypal, I enter your email address into the paypakl system to ask for your payment. I then use the information you have entered onto the system to check payment has gone through and use your delivery address. 
I have no access to your bank information though payapl, and no one looking at my paypal account can gain that information. I have a secure login paassord to view paypal from either my PC or my smartphone. My passowrd is different to passowrds for my other accounts.I have to keep a record of your order for 7 years as required by HMRC for my tax history. When I send your parcel via DPD or UPS, I enter your name, address, and sometimes phone no.into the website www.parcell2go.com. After printing your delivery note, the only record of your delivery details I use, are kept on their website. I keep no paper copies. I use a password to enter the website on all my devices, that is different from other passowrds. Your privacy is then protected by them:

When I send you an invoice, I use a website called www.freeagent.com. Login is password protected, and my password is different from that used on other sites.Freeagent stores information about you on their site, and your privacy is protected by them.:https://www.freeagent.com/website/privacy

As each of my orders are drawn individually, I never keep or use your information for marketing purposes 

My accountants are Coates and Partners. The information I share with them is the information that is kept on the sites mentioned previously. These are Santander, Paypal, and Freeagent.
